How We Can Help
Believe and Achieve Child and Family Foundation Ltd provides early intervention and family centred support for children who may have developmental differences, disability, trauma, or who are showing signs they may benefit from additional support.
Support may include:
- Occupational therapy to build independence, regulation, and daily living skills
- Speech therapy to support communication
- Psychotherapy to support emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Early intervention programs tailored to each child’s needs and goals
- Developmental screening and autism assessments
- Support to connect with paediatricians and other health professionals
- Parent and carer support, guidance, and connection with other families
- Outreach support for families in rural and remote areas
Our main goal is to provide early support, practical help, and helping families feel supported, understood, and not alone.
Who Can Apply?
Believe and Achieve Child and Family Foundation Ltd supports children, young people, and families who may need extra help with development, learning, emotional wellbeing, or everyday life skills.
Families do not need a formal diagnosis or NDIS funding to reach out.
You may be able to access support if your child is:
- Experiencing developmental differences
- Showing signs of autism or other neurodevelopmental needs
- Experiencing difficulties with emotional regulation, behaviour, or attention
- Affected by trauma
- Finding everyday skills, communication, or social connection difficult
- In need of early intervention or developmental support
Support is also available for:
- Families unable to access or afford private therapy
- Families not currently eligible for or supported through the NDIS
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families
- Families living in rural or remote areas with limited services
- Families who feel unsure where to start or what support is needed
The foundation is here to make sure families can access support early, without barriers, and with understanding at the centre.
How to Apply
Believe and Achieve Child and Family Foundation Ltd provides support for families who are not currently receiving NDIS funded therapy or ongoing NDIS funded supports. This ensures support is available early and without duplication of existing funded services.
Step 1: Reach Out
Families and supports can make contact through our application form to share an overview of concerns, goals, and what support is being sought.
Step 2: Initial Connection
A team member will make contact to understand the child’s needs, current supports, and family priorities. This helps determine whether the service is appropriate and how support can best be provided.
Step 3: Matching Support
If appropriate, families are matched with available supports such as therapy, assessments, or family programs. Support is tailored to each child and family situation.
Step 4: Commencement of Support
Services begin in a way that is practical and accessible, with a focus on early intervention, everyday goals, and family involvement.

Believe and Achieve Child and Family Foundation Ltd receives a high number of enquiries for support. While every application is carefully considered, submitting an application does not guarantee that support will be available or able to be provided.
Support is offered based on a range of factors, including current capacity, level of need, and suitability of services at the time of application.
The foundation is committed to being transparent, fair, and as responsive as possible, and will always aim to guide families toward the most appropriate supports, whether within the service or through other community pathways.
The focus remains on ensuring children and families are connected to meaningful support in the most appropriate and timely way possible.
